• Develop the yearly public affairs strategy together with our C level and subject matter experts
• Represent Hubject in national and international forums – establish regular contact with relevant stakeholders in the policy field
• Write whitepapers and position papers highlighting our opinion on regulatory topics
• Continuously manage the refinement and delivery of the organization's message and policy positions
• Provide internal forecasts of the likely effect of policy changes on our organization
• Representing Hubject in national and international associations

• eMobility or connected industry knowledge required (i.e. mobility, energy, renewables etc.)
• Excellent writing and speaking skills! - You will need to write position papers and briefings, as well as give presentations internally and externally.
• Great networking skills. - You will need to know everyone relevant in the field and confidently keep in touch.
• Strong analytical skillset. - You will be constantly gathering information and interpreting it in the ever changing context of eMobility.
• Political knowledge – in depth understanding of how the European mechanisms work
• You are highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently
• You are resilient and it takes more than one No to make you go away
• University degree preferably in the field of business administration, economics, politics or communication sciences
• Several years of experience in consulting in the public sector; ideally in the position of senior consultant or comparable
• Knowledge of the federal and state ministries with verifiable networks, as well as relevant knowledge of corresponding publication and event formats
