We are looking for a dynamic intern to help with developing and implementing our German marketing & communication plans for a 6-month internship. Located in Berlin, you will directly report to our Head of Field & Customer Marketing based in France. Your role will be to participate in the execution of our local strategy in partnership with the Sales Team.

As the Marketing & Communication Assistant, your main responsibilities will be :

Local Content

• Local content management and content translations;
• Helping to promote local press releases and articles to raise awareness of the company;
• Coordinating with Deepki’s international Marketing Team for company emails and newsletters;
• Managing of Deepki’s German social media channels (LinkedIn) and website updates.

Events

• Helping to organize Deepki’s participation in internal events such as VIP Lunch and external events such as conferences and trade fairs;
• Helping in the event logistics: locations, marketing collateral such as brochures and goodies, ordering passes for attendees and clients recalls.
• You will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with the Head of Field Marketing and the rest of the Corporate marketing team, which is divided into Field Marketing, Communication, DemandGen & RevOps, and Product Marketing.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Eligibility for an internship for a minimum of 6 months (curricular/extracurricular);

• Strong written, and verbal communication skills in German and spoken English.

• Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment

• Attention to detail and project management skills;

• Teamwork mindset;

• Sensible for sustainability and climate change issues;

• Interested in events management, B2B marketing, and translations.

• Like to work in collaboration with teams, such as: communication, content, product marketing team, and sales team

• Are organized, use common sense, resourceful, and rigorous

• Strong project management skills are needed to manage both internal and external requirements of operations, you know how to hold the deadlines

• Ability to think creatively, take ownership of tasks, and adapt to changing business requirements

• Interest in basic data analytics

• The ideal candidate will be a proactive, driven, and detail-oriented person who is interested in Event Execution & Marketing

• Knowing Hubspot and SalesForce is a plus (not mandatory)
