Tasks are a.o.
Independent completion of project management and administrative tasks in:
- Financial management (budget planning, funds management and accounting of budget for EU-funded project(s))
- Personnel management including employment, travels a.o. for international employees within the project
- Independent handling and processing of correspondence in German and English
- general administrative work
Required Qualification
- Successfully completed training as foreign language assistant (English) or commercial training with proven knowledge of the English language
- Experience with third-party funding management within EU-framework, and general administrative tasks.
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English, enjoys bilingual communication
- Confident and friendly demeanor, ability to work in a team in a multinational environment, as well as careful, independent and responsible work
- Pleasure in working with scientific and non-scientific staff as well as with students.
- very good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), as well as general IT applications
- high willingness to work and ability to learn in a constantly changing field of activity
Desired Qualification
Experience in the management of third-party funds within the framework of EU projects

Description of the position:
Intended classification depending on qualifications and personal requirements:
Remuneration/grade: TV-L up to E9a according to qualification
Time limit: 1 year with option for extension
This is a part-time position, 20 h/week; working hours: by agreement.
Expected date of employment: as soon as possible.
