Your Role: Lead Commercial Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with our DACH Marketing Teams. In this pivotal role, you will manage marketing budgets, ensure accurate planning, and build strong business partnerships. You will provide the control and stability that enables our family-owned business to remain agile and growth-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting for marketing investments to align with commercial priorities.
• Ensure financial integrity across the P&L and collaborate with Accounting for accurate month-end reporting.
• Develop advanced analytical frameworks and dashboards to provide forward-looking insights for data-driven decisions.
• Act as a trusted finance business partner, offering strategic guidance and ROI analyses to optimize investments.
• Execute variance analysis and deliver clear recommendations to drive disciplined cost management and sustainable growth.
• Provide functional management and guidance to team members on daily operations.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems like SAP or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for effective business partnering.
• Proven track record in Commercial Finance, Controlling, or FP&A.
• Fluent in English with at least 4 years of professional experience.
