As part of the EMEA Reporting department, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Financial Statements prepared under IFRS and local statutory Gaap. Your contributions will support the reporting Consolidation department, provide critical data for General Management and board-level insights, and satisfy regulatory reporting requirements.

Key duties and responsibilities

The main tasks related to this function are:

Participate in quarterly financial reporting under IFRS
Participate in the preparation of the Local Statutory Reporting and annual financial statements
Participate in the preparation of the regulatory reports
Support of audits
Implement actions to improve data quality
Update the department's procedures and processes for its perimeter

Your main contacts are:

Within the department: the Technical closing, Financial Services Center (General and Expenses Accounting team), Tax team, Controlling Team
within other departments: Consolidation, Treasury team, Investment Accounting (GFI), FP&A (management control)

You may also be asked to take part in various group projects lead within the department.

Required experience & competencies

With at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, you have a good knowledge of accounting & Reporting and are comfortable with accounting standards, particularly IFRS, S2 and local gaap for specific requests.
Strong organizational skills, rigor, analytical & communication skills, team spirit and a proven ability to manage change within a financial structure.

Required Education

Master's degree in finance or equivalent and/or
Commercial Education or suitable Finance Degree
