As a Project Lead for SAP Master Data Governance at Siemens Energy, you will spearhead the MDG capability within a global S/4HANA transformation. You will be responsible for defining enterprise-wide data standards and ensuring that master data serves as the ultimate single source of truth. Your role involves coordinating complex requirements, driving solution architectures for Business Partner, Finance, and Material domains, and maintaining a scalable, audit-compliant platform.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the global MDG roadmap and align it with S/4HANA and PLM initiatives.
• Define and enforce governance frameworks, data quality standards, and Clean Core principles.
• Lead international teams, manage vendors, and engage with senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Oversee the delivery of template developments, rollout activities, and operational handovers.
• Manage data quality KPIs and ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
• Represent the MDG capability in executive steering committees and governance boards.

• Extensive experience in Master Data Management and Governance within global organizations.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations and rollouts.
• Deep expertise in SAP MDG solutions, including data models, workflows, and BRF+.

• Understanding of financial controls, data protection, and risk management.
