• Develop and execute a scalable digital finance strategy that boosts operational efficiency and automates core processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital initiatives with global organizational priorities.
• Optimize data flow across systems to eliminate redundancies and improve financial closing cycles.
• Implement advanced analytics and self-service reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Design frameworks for "what-if" scenario modeling and long-term forecasting across various business functions.
• Lead the automation of shared services using RPA, intelligent document processing, and AI agents.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring maximum leverage of its advanced features.

Your Professional Profile

• Degree in Finance, ideally with a focus on Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading finance technology deployments and digital transformations.
• Strong background in financial systems architecture, including ERP (FI/CO), EPM, and Finance Analytics.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and its integration with platforms like Salesforce or OneStream.
• Solid understanding of Data Lakes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and automation technologies.
