Your Role

As Group Leader for ELV & LSS within our Engineering department, you take the helm of a motivated team and drive the further development of our electrical monitoring, security, and building automation capabilities. You manage projects and engineers end-to-end, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary departments, and turn innovative technical concepts into reliable, market-ready solutions.

What You Will Do

• Lead and grow a highly qualified engineering team in the ELV & LSS domain
• Own the planning, execution, and oversight of electrical low-voltage and security system projects
• Guarantee quality, efficiency, and full compliance with technical and legal standards across all deliverables
• Partner with specialist departments and external stakeholders to streamline processes and systems
• Introduce cutting-edge technologies and solutions within the ELV & LSS landscape
• Steer budget planning and resource allocation for your projects and group
• Advance internal technical standards and best practices
• Foster open communication and continuous knowledge sharing within your team

What You Bring

• Degree in electrical engineering, automation, or IT – or a comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience in ELV (extreme low voltage) and LSS (life safety systems)
• Proven track record in leading and developing teams, ideally within an engineering context
• Solid expertise in planning, implementing, and maintaining electrical safety and building automation systems
• Confident command of system-relevant norms, standards, and regulations
• Strong communication skills, genuine team orientation, and a strategic yet hands-on mindset
• Very good German (written and spoken) and good English
