This role focuses on recruiting European Shippers to our service and cultivating strategic portfolios through strong relationships, proactive Shipper engagement, and ensuring exceptional Shipper experiences. The ideal candidate is results-driven, highly analytical, Customer Obsessed, and eager to contribute to the growth of our business.

Key job responsibilities

• Recruiting new potential customers to use our products and services
• Identify new segments and unlock new strategic customers with best-in-class service
• Maintain a high level of engagement from potential customers and proactively identify the challenges they are facing
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
• Be the voice of the customer to guide product development and iterations
• Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve experience
• Communicate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences and not limited to writing narratives, business cases and other strategic documentation

As a Business Developer, you'll be responsible for unlocking and growing our portfolios through strategic sales development, relationship building, engagement activities, and exceptional customer/shipper experiences.
