What are we looking for?
- A student that finalized his/her Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and is going to do his / her master degree in 1-2 years from now. You will work every week a defined amount of hours in the Application Lab in Munich and you will also travel on a regular base to our Application lab in Prague. There will be 2 students working as a team on the same project.
What do you need for this role?
- General knowledge of electronics (understanding of electrical diagrams,
behavior of basic components capacitance, inductance, resistance, diode,
transistor, etc.)
- An open mind - the ability to invent and implement unique solutions to non
standard technical problems
What will you be responsible for with us?
- Reference Design Development
- Testing and optimization of components (switching elements, controllers, driving networks)
- Preparation of technical materials
Technologies you will use:
- GaN components, drivers and controllers for power converters
- Programming of control processors
- Schematic and PCB design in Altium
- Circuit simulation - Simetrix, Plecs, SPICE
- State-of-the-art measuring equipment
A student that finalized his/her Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and is going to do his master degree in 1-2 year from now.
Interested in electrical engineering with focus on Power Electronics and working in an Application Lab.
