Support Services Specialist (f/m/d)

You will provide vital help to the Engineering and service team of the Businessline Mining in Germany to meet business needs efficiently and effectively. You support our team by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines. In this role you will help our employees and drive efficient services in a variety of administrative areas.

Your responsibilities

• Ordering office supplies, consumables and others
• National and international travel booking for employees
• Travel expense accounting of business trips and expenses of employees
• Coordination of occupational health examinations
• Accounting of working hours/overtime, sick leave, request for overtime, etc. in SAP
• Supporting activities like:
• Printing and scanning of documents
• Preparation of meeting rooms
• Shipping of material and documents, courier services
• Correspondence with suppliers and sometimes customers
• Managing mail inbox

Your background

• Completed education of at least 3 years (e.g. industrial administrator) and/or 3 years of experience in assistance and secretary tasks is appreciated
• Knowledge in handling of personal computer, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office product family, experiences in handling with SAP would be helpful
• A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies and software tools
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English
