For our location in Ladenburg and soon Mannheim we are looking for a committed and independent employee (m/f/d) in procurement for our Motion division. Have you successfully completed your commercial training and are looking for a new challenge? Then apply and become part of our team.

Your responsibilities

• Convert requirements from SAP and other sources into orders
• Obtaining order confirmations and lodging complaints
• Monitoring deadlines
• Communicating with suppliers
• Clarifying delivery dates in the event of changes or delays
• Creating and communicating delivery reliability in collaboration with Supply Management
• Completing orders in a commercially correct manner
• Support and maintenance of master data (info records and order books) together with scheduling

Your background

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Ideally some relevant work experience, but we are also happy to give motivated career starters a chance
• Experience in SAP processing is desired.
• Independent work in a cross-functional team
• Home office temporarily possible
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all levels
• Fluency in German and basic knowledge of English
