YOUR FUTURE ROLE

The SAP Government Security unit is looking for a Government Security Officer (f/m/d) who will support the overall management and governance of Government Security Reporting and Compliance. This constitutes contributing to the Government Security Governance Lifecycle which is considered one of the crucial pillars of SAPs global compliance in the areas of handling of protected information and Government Security Regulations. The concept and reporting are subject to constant evaluation and improvement reacting on both authorities & SAP Executive Management requirements and developments in the government security areas of responsibilities and enhanced scope. In your future role you are going to support in bringing the reporting and compliance to the next level, help by conduction of all the compliance activities, in close interaction with all relevant stakeholders both internal and external and the creation of the report as such.

Core responsibilities include:

• Support by evaluation of the last year’s results, lessons learnt, stakeholder (SAP management, global authorities) requirements, National Security Country Governance needs and preparation of concept for the upcoming year
• Support by ensuring the compliance lifecycle is continuously executed
• Regulatory data collection and analysis
• Support by the delivery of a best-in-class-standard report which will be presented to the executive management and the local authorities respectively
• Maintenance of all relevant documentation

• several years professional experience in relevant fields
• Conceptual thinking, outstanding organizational and methodological skills, attention to detail
• Experience with dealing with various stakeholders
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a high degree of personal initiative
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of government security regulations an asset
• The successful candidate must have the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a government security clearance
• Fluent German and English (verbal and written) language skills are mandatory, other languages considered an asset
