[Vollständig anzeigen] We are developing digital solutions jointly with the ZEISS business units and accelerating innovation that delivers a future value for our customers and our company. Digital Business Innovation within ZDP is a cross-functional team building digital solutions and business models as well as driving strategic digital programs. We apply customer-centric methodologies like Design Thinking and Voice of the Customer and combine those with our business and strategy acumen. Join us as a Project Manager as part of a ZEISS-wide board-sponsored strategic program to shape the digital transformation at ZEISS.
- Program Management: Manage a group-wide digital decision body hosting several strategic cross-ZEISS wide digital transformation programs that determine the success of our digital ecosystems
- Strategic Planning: Orchestrate the strategic planning process to identify and prioritize ZEISS wide synergies across the ZEISS segments
- Stakeholder Management: Manage diverse senior stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group and drive decision-making across ZEISS business units and central functions (e.g., Sales, Service or Digital Solution Operation Teams)
- Roadmapping: Build the x-ZEISS Digital Technology Roadmap of common technological, organizational or capability requirements for a superior customer experience
- Strategic Project Management: Lead strategic board-sponsored digital transformation initiatives across ZEISS that define and strengthen the foundation of our future digital ecosystem
- Change Management: Design and steer change management activities to achieve sustainable digital transformations
Your Profile
- Excellent University degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics or business
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in management consulting, IT consulting or in digital transformation programs in a B2B industry
- Track record of successfully setting up digital program governance and managing senior stakeholders across different business functions
- Strong drive to impact
- Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation
- Very strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
- Business fluent German and English language skills
