As Sales Assistant in CPI Technologies you will:

• Supporting our sales team in daily operational tasks
• Providing telephone assistance and advice to potential new customers
• Managing and maintaining customer and prospect data in our CRM system
• Planning and preparing appointments
• Calling prospects from outreach campaigns and scheduling appointments
• Communicating with prospects via social media (LinkedIn)• Supporting our sales team in daily operational tasks

• 2 years+ of professional experience in sales support or a comparable position in the software industry
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience in working with CRM systems
• Communication skills, teamwork ability, and quick comprehension
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Fluency in German and English communication skills
