Your responsibilities:

• Responsible technical project manager to deliver projects and initiatives in time, budget and quality.
• Appropriate coordination and communication on all levels
• Plan the integration and subsequent support of both third-party software and internally developed applications end to end across the environment stack – Development, Test, Simulation and Production.
• Ensuring optimum service levels are maintained for our customers, thus ensuring a stable Production environment.
• Analyse and provide recommendations on the course of action for problems of a long-standing or intricate nature.
• Process owner for example: configuration management, index change coordinator
• Ensuring the project or production of high-quality detailed documentation. Accurate, high- and low-level technical documentation

Your profile:
You should be a curious and proactive self-starter, ready to take on challenges and embrace change.
You will have a desire to foster an innovative environment, working with agile processes and initiatives in both on-premises and cloud environments. Mindset, culture and communication are key!

Preferable if you have experience and expertise in several of the fields mentioned below.

• Responsive, organised, curious, proactive, ability to work in a team with a service-oriented attitude.
• Service Delivery & Project Management
• Know how ITIL, Prince, PMI or equivalent expertise
• DevSecOps. Ci/CD pipeline, incident, change and other key process skills
• Familiarity Google Cloud, Azure
• Ability to produce detailed, accurate, high- and low-level technical documentation.
• Exposure to Production environment operations and software development lifecycles.
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English, additional languages are an asset
