Our Brand Partnership Managers are responsible for driving new business, helping advertisers meet their performance goals, and building long term relationships with startups and brands in the comparison industry (retail (CSS), finance, insurance, utility & travel comparison) across the DACH region. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities for brands in the health & fitness sectors.
• Grow the portfolio through driving full-funnel product adoption through scaled and innovative solutions
• Strategically guide the client relationships, act as a consultant and manage a complex set of internal and external stakeholders to drive incremental revenue
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvement for product, processes and go-to market implementation
• Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market

Qualifications

• Proven track-record in driving incrementally in a very fast-paced environment
• Well-versed with performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities
• Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with senior stakeholders
• Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
• Health & Fitness industry know-how is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
• Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
