In this pivotal role, you will serve as a direct partner to quantilope's Leadership Board and report directly to our Co-Founder and CEO. As the Chief of Staff, you will find yourself at the epicenter of our ambitious journey to further scale our successful B2B SaaS company, and you'll play a fundamental role in shaping the company's future.

• You will support quantilope in the further scaling of our organization by leading selected strategic growth projects and preparing decision papers for the Leadership Board

• You support the Leadership Board meeting operationally, including preparation, facilitation and follow-up

• You will help the Leadership Board to cross-functionally and holistically develop and implement the yearly strategy and bring it to life

• You are responsible for our quantilope OKR process

• You lead special strategic projects in various areas ranging from business development, internationalization, incentive systems to internal communication

• You provide operational support to our CEO and VP Finance. For example, in investor relations or the preparation and implementation of company meetings

• You will improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity

• You have already gained relevant work experience, e.g. in strategic consulting, at a venture capital fund or in another chief of staff role

• You are ready to support hands-on on any topic, while thinking strategically and having the opportunity to challenge the status quo sustainably

• You are 100% a doer: independent, results-oriented and pragmatic way of working

• You can ensure accountability across C-Level and the wider organization

• You have excellent communication skills and are highly organized

• You remain confident in dealing with time pressure and workload even in turbulent times and can quickly adapt to changing priorities

• You are business fluent in German and English

• You have experience in marketing and/or market research

• You have a degree in Business Administration or Management, MBA or equivalent is a plus
