We are looking for YOU as Working Student (m/f/d) Power Electronics (m/f/d) for our location in Erlangen
Statistical analysis of how static parameters of power semiconductor are related to each other and have an impact on the switching behavior.
These challenges await you:
Measure 100 samples (200 switches) or even more on the curve tracer
Measure switching losses and analyze correlation of measured parameters vs. dynamic behavior
learn basics of power electronic switches, soldering and design of power electronic
You inspire us with that:
Enrolled student in the field of Vehicle/Automotive Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, electrical or equivalent
Good German and English reading and writing skills
