Job description

Independently manage and execute air freight shipments from origin to final settlement.
Act as a key interface and primary liaison between customers, internal networks, and service partners.
Conduct operational performance analyses and implement continuous process improvements.
Negotiate terms and conditions directly with transport service providers.
Oversee accurate invoicing of air freight operations while ensuring complete cost control and financial transparency.

Applicant's profile

Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a freight forwarding specialist.
Strong command of MS Office tools.
Proactive, independent working style combined with high personal commitment.
Excellent communication skills, persuasive personality, and strong team spirit.
Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
