Intelligence Plans Officer, Senior

Key Role:

Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive expertise in developing contingency and campaign plans. Develop and maintain base plans, annexes, appendices, and associated Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products. Assess analytic production requirements and collection requirements in support of OPLAN and CONPLAN Annexes. Organize and participate in exercises and wargames to evaluate plan effectiveness for Joint Planning Groups and lead Intelligence Planning Teams, combat support agencies, analytic centers, and component intelligence analysts and planners. Bolster crisis action planning teams focusing on the development of the client's plan with Joint Staff and combat support agencies. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting intelligence planning, including CCMD-level
• 5+ years of experience developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and JIPOE products
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and military decision-making process
• Experience with foreign planning and theater campaign strategies
• Graduate of Joint Professional Military Education II
• Graduate of School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS)
• Completion of Intelligence Planning Course
• Joint Intelligence Planner – I Certified Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD).
