• Serve as the primary ally for Managing Directors and Site Leaders on HR strategy and pivotal HR matters
• Offer insightful directorship in executing various initiatives to enhance organizational capability and act as a nurturing advisor and facilitator to instigate change and cultivate organizational and cultural improvements
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle and core People Operations activities, while also steering European relations strategies to foster positive and effective employee relations
• Develop and implement labor negotiation strategies aligned with business needs, forming close partnerships with Works Councils
• Employ the expertise of the People Operations Team and collaborate with the Talent COE to nurture skills development and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Drive continuous enhancement in HR processes to improve service levels and empower the European HR Team in mastering core expertise, providing coaching, development, and mentoring

• Hold a University degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Possess over 10 years of profound HR experience and labor relations activities in Europe, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership experience with a flair for successfully spearheading teams, coaching, and mentoring with compassion and wisdom
• Have an in-depth understanding of the German Works Constitution Act and a broad comprehension of labor laws in the European Region
• Experienced and successful in collaborating with works councils and employee representation
• Ability to form strategic partnerships on business issues with various governance levels and effectively team cross-functionally in a matrix environment
• Possess strong intercultural and social skills, as well as a collaborative spirit
• Skilled in MS Office Suite and familiar with HCM systems like Workday
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English

• A degree in Labor Law or Industrial Relations
• Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment
• Certifications in Coaching and/or Mediation and Change Management
• Proficient influencing, consulting skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
• Additional language skills in Italian or French
