We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Specialist based in Germany. Partnering directly with the Customer Support Manager, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What you will do
- Respond to customer emails in German and English.
- Handle customer calls in German and English.
- Engage with customers via Live chats in German and English.
- Process customer returns and issue refunds.
- Manage customer inquiries on our various marketplaces.
What should you bring
- Fluency in German (mother tongue level) and an excellent command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer support roles.
- Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management software.
