What you will do

• Respond to customer emails in German and English.
• Handle customer calls in German and English.
• Engage with customers via Live chats in German and English.
• Process customer returns and issue refunds.
• Manage customer inquiries on our various marketplaces.

What should you bring

• Fluency in German (mother tongue level) and an excellent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer support roles.
• Ability to multi-task and make quick decisions.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management software.
