YOUR TEAM

You will be head of a motivated development team within our “Intelligent Cockpit & Body”. Our goal is to create a holistic in vehicle experience for our customers . You will be responsible for the rapid development and deployment of new and innovative infotainment functions for the Entertainment incl. Radio, Media Streaming, and Gaming Apps.

The entertainment department works on cutting edge technology in the field of entertainment across various touchpoints. The teams work in an agile environment, design and build an intelligent interface between human and vehicle.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Responsible for the organizational unit of Entertainment within the Intelligent Cockpit & body domain
• Leading a team of Software Developers, Architects, Product Owners &- Managers, Requirements and Integration Engineers, amongst others plus recruiting of new highly skilled talents
• Accountable for all deliverables of the organizational unit – including budget, schedule, content and quality
• Report milestones and seek approval for projects along with the leadership team, drive project management as well as anticipate and consider our customers' needs and demands
• Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g. management reviews, PIPs) related to your team's responsibilities

• High level of communication skills in German and English
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
