What you’ll do

You're responsible for the management of the Billing & Collection team with currently 6 members, whose potential you constantly develop through your cooperative management style
Quality is important to us – you'll ensure quick and professional case management
You constantly develop the reporting and key figure system with new ideas and support projects with your expertise
You'll ensure that operational processes are carried out in accordance with defined service and quality standards, that processes are continuously developed and that the agreed process goals are achieved
As the main contact person and know-how carrier for the operational processes in the area of Billing & Collection, you'll be in charge of the technical and operational control of the collection agencies
You collect and evaluate the process performance, develop strategies and measures for the successful billing and payment of open invoice amounts as well as the successful collection of delinquent receivables
Your main interfaces are the areas of IT, CS, CRM and Supply Chain

What you’ll bring

You've a university degree with a business orientation or similar and at least 6-8 years of professional experience in the area of billing & collection / receivables management – especially with initial management experience
Through your professional experience, you've acquired knowledge in the support of operative billing and payment processes as well as legal regulations and regulatory standards
You've also gained experience in dealing with collection agencies and payment service providers
You describe yourself as committed, independent and goal-oriented and your approach as analytical and conceptual
Above all, your strengths include a strong customer orientation and excellent communication and presentation skills
You'll bring expertise in Excel, Billing and ERP systems – other tools and knowledge are an asset
Good German and English skills round off your profile
