Tesla is seeking a Delivery Operations Analyst to join our Central Europe team (DACH + Eastern Europe). This role is integral to the success of our market organization and will directly help with providing our customers with an excellent vehicle delivery experience and help realize our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

In this role, you will support our Central Europe Operations Organization to build, plan and action our Delivery Operations strategy and daily operation. You will work together with our Regional Director, Operations Managers and Country Leads to perform the needed data analytics, reporting building, project management and operational tasks.

• You define our delivery expansion and operations strategy and OKR’s, and translate in actionable tasks for in-market sales and service teams
• You develop our delivery capacity planning tools to support our EMEA and local teams in their day-to-day delivery operations
• You perform regional level cost management and optimization of our delivery operations
• You travel to our large-scale delivery locations to support with ad-hoc projects and operational tasks
• You support with solving complex logistics problems and optimizing delivery flows
• You collaborate with our Country Operations Managers to address their strategic and operational delivery needs
• You collaborate with EMEA and regional stakeholders to improve our delivery related software and systems

• You have at least two years work experience with exposure to strategy, analytics, and operations
• You are a strong team player with an interest in technology, automotive industry, and operations
• You have demonstrated success in setting goals, priorities, and driving for results
• You can work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• You have creative problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvements
• You have excellent communication skills in English and German and ability to establish strong working relationships
• You are digitally savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technology and systems
