We are looking for a Regional Vendor Operations Analyst to join our European business. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin, Germany (HQ). Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupying leading positions.
What you will do in this role:

Perform complex data analyses, build visualizations, and identify process and product improvements

Plan and execute high impact business analyses targeted at improving the vendor experience and performance

Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into data, to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results

Partner with operations, product/ engineering, commercial, and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues
Key requirements for this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines

2 to 4 years experience as a data analyst in e-commerce, or other ‘fast-paced’, ‘high-growth’ industries

Experience in analyzing very large, complex datasets

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Data Visualisation Tools (such as Tableau) is a must

Strong problem solving skills - ability to breakdown a complex business problems, creating visualizations to summarize data

Strong working knowledge/ understanding of project management, and process analysis/ improvement
