Your Job

• Designing and implementing comprehensive budgets and financial plans for IT areas and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Conducting detailed variance analyses (plan vs actual) to identify financial discrepancies and areas for improvement
• Utilising reporting and the related insights to develop robust financial recommendations and strategies
• Participating in the development and refinement of financial controlling structures, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations
• Working closely with international IT management as well as IT Controlling teams to ensure cohesive financial oversight and integration across departments
• Responding promptly to ad-hoc queries from management, providing rapid and accurate financial information to aid decision-making processes

Your Profile

• A degree in business administration or a related field, with a strong focus on financial management
• Proven experience in financial or project controlling, sophisticated reporting and conducting high-level analyses
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking abilities to navigate complex financial landscapes
• Excellent command of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English

• Experience within an IT environment
• Solid track record of managing business cases
• Good command of German
