Your Contribution

In your role as Global Marketing Expert*, you…

• Define product marketing and campaign strategy aligned with company goals for the drug delivery systems segment.
• Develop precise product positioning and messaging through market research and customer journey workshops in collaboration with product management.
• Develop and manage global multi-channel campaigns from conceptualization to rollout, while continuously monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting them based on defined KPIs.
• Create application-based and product-related marketing materials with internal and external subject matter experts, partners, and agencies.
• Work closely with product management, sales, and the marketing team.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field with a minimum of 4 years of B2B campaign, project management, or product marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully launching multi-channel campaigns in global and local markets.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills to create various marketing collaterals such as landing pages, ad posts, and emails tailored to target groups’ needs (using tools like Sitecore, LinkedIn, HubSpot, etc.).
• Highly organized, structured, and motivated team player with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and German.
