As Content Manager (f/m/d) People Communication you will be responsible for designing and implementing an effective communication strategy that promotes the engagement and satisfaction of our employees.

Your Tasks

• You will ensure that all information is communicated to employees in a transparent, timely and targeted manner.
• You represent BMG and our employees and make our communication strategy more visible.
• You write internal and external communication materials and publish them across all media and relevant communication channels
• You create presentations and content for our internal and external social media channels (BMG Campus, LinkedIn, ...)
• You analyse the visibility, dissemination and resonance of messages and create regular reports for coordination with our board
