The 6 ships of the Mein Schiff® fleet offer contemporary vacation travel at sea in the premium segment. With 5 ships, the long-established Hapag-Lloyd Cruises brand stands for luxury and expedition cruises.
The company already has one of the most modern and environmentally and climate-friendly cruise fleets in the world. In the course of sustainable growth, three more new ships are planned until 2026.

Project Manager Cruise Infotainment (all gender)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for the product development and optimisation of Cabin TV and other digital onboard systems
- You work together with the Product Owner team on the continuous improvement of our digital touchpoints on board the Mein Schiff® fleet
- You manage the product backlog and formulate clearly structured epics or user stories and plan and prioritise their implementation with your team
- You have holistic responsibility for your features from the idea to implementation, including continuous alignment with external partners, users and other stakeholders
- You regularly present the status of the roadmap, milestones, successes and challenges to the company
- You are regularly on business trips on board the Mein Schiff® fleet to ensure direct support for the digital onboard systems and to roll them out
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- You are a technical enthusiast who can combine the areas of IT, infotainment and project management
- You are a driver of innovation and always on the lookout for customer-centred solutions to continuously improve the customer experience
- You have a passionate, data-orientated and structured approach to planning, communication and coordination
- You have a great passion for digital products and work “hands on”
- You are a team player and strive for continuous improvement with a high level of commitment
- You are fluent in German and English in communication and documentation
- Experience in ship operation and construction is a great advantage
- You have vision and an interest in new technology and innovations
