As we continue to expand our recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce our newest open position of Human Resources (HR) Assistant. This position is office-based in Munich and will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local HR function with some support to our global HR team. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:
Responsibilities :
Focus Recruitment:
- You will act as the first point of contact forcandidates and shape the candidate experience: you will arrange interviews for candidates with hiring teams and answer candidates' potential questions;
- You will take ownership for the creation of offer letters, contracts and document management;
- You will provide administrative support in the recruitment process and onboarding process for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Spain;
Focus Employee support:
- You will be responsible for creation of contract amendments, management of employee files, data entry for current and former employees;
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments on HR related needs;
- You will handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information;
- You will provide excellent customer service to all employees;
Focus Projects:
- You will support in our HR Marketing initiatives and other HR Pojects as assigned by HR Manager and HR Generalists.
This position is office-based in Munich.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or similar
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business environment and administrative role;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; and
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Languages: fluent in German and English.
