TASKS WITH IMPACT - Drive customer experience (CX) by developing and implementing strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
- Ensure strategic initiatives and contract terms support broader business goals.
- Lead and coordinate operational rollouts across the group.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Oversee workforce and training plans to optimize performance.
- Establish efficient partner management & operations processes, fostering continuous improvement through standardization, digitalization, and automation in line with departmental strategy.
- Implement effective controlling, ensuring data quality and transparency to inform business decisions and optimize costs.
- Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues with mutual benefit in mind.
YOUR SKILLS - Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 7+ years of leadership experience.
- Extensive expertise in program and project management, strategic development, analytical thinking, and understanding of market environments and trends.
- Excellent communication and strong assertiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in local language and English.
