The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Application Engineering Specialist (m/f/*) for Automotive Division in EMEA, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

Lead ing the technical discussions with key account customers around applica tions using 3M technologies and products.
-
Implementing 3M’s development and growth strategy around EV Battery applications.
-
Determining the future needs of the customers and feeds this information to product development teams.
-
Supporting customer’s application process with SOPs and automations if required.
-
Working with the customer from the selection of right product to validation and later full implementation at the manufacturing line.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials or similar)

Basic Knowledge in EV or ESS Li-ion Battery markets
