Our client a leading Immigration services specialists based in the Berlin, area is seeking an operations manager to join their team, mainly to support Operations Functions in Germany and Austria
The role: You will be ultimately in charge of making sure that adequate staffing is scheduled properly to meet operational performance objectives. Implementing SOWs into practise and procedures.
Developing training programmes and manage a group of seasoned customer service representatives whose responsibility it is to provide great customer care.
Responsibilities: - Attend structured meetings with line managers to discuss each employee's performance and to establish a development strategy that will continue to hone and enhance performance.
- Monitor trends based on calls, concerns, and inquiries and use the necessary tools to suggest ways to improve service quality. Supervise the training of new employees.
- Keep up-to-date on all facets of the business process, including order completion, system capabilities, and policy and procedure.
- Through a variety of statistical and reporting tools and a yearly performance evaluation
- Keeping an eye on the day-to-day operations of the business and its personnel to ensure that resources are used as efficiently as possible; assesses staffing levels and tracks productivity to deliver superior customer service.
- Lead team meetings to guarantee efficient communication, that everyone has the knowledge and tools they need to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate: - Three years of experience and a BA/BS or an associate degree, or an equivalent combination.
- Ideally with experience in high-end retail, travel, hospitality, or embassy/consulate relations, and foreign language
- Proficient computer skills, including understanding of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a strategic thinker.
- Must be able to write clear documentation and interact successfully with people at all levels.
- Must possess strong organisational abilities and be self-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both German and English
- Strong time- and project-management abilities
