Air redefines the developer workspace, allowing multiple AI agents to execute tasks in parallel while keeping the developer firmly in control. This project encompasses native desktop applications and web experiences, focusing on cloud execution and collaborative workflows. As AI reshapes software engineering, your mission is to ensure this transition feels seamless and natural for both individual developers and large teams.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

• Deliver premium user interfaces through precise wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Drive large-scale design initiatives from strategic vision to final execution.
• Partner with product managers, developers, and researchers to align design solutions with user needs and business objectives.
• Articulate and advocate for design concepts to ensure team alignment and clarity.
• Utilize UX research and behavioral data to create evidence-based design solutions.
• Supervise the implementation of your UI/UX designs in close collaboration with the development team.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product ecosystem.

Your Profile

• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

• You have a proven track record of designing complex, functional interfaces.
