Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales;
- Excellent understanding of sales and marketing techniques: from engaging and closing customer, to creating ideas for new campaigns;
- Proven track record of the sales cycle from the first contact to the negotiation and deal closing;
- Customer centric and service oriented mindset;
- Good understanding and knowledge of German IT market;
- Tech-savvy: understanding of modern software development practices and processes both tech-specific and generic;
- Data-driven mindset;
- Experience in working with OKRs;
- Fluent English and German.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships;
- Help developing and executing campaigns;
- Support market entry into several countries;
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals,
analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance;
