Thinkproject is a European market-leader in digitalisation tools for construction companies. It sounds complex, but we'll explain further! Construction companies used to use manual administration and physical paperwork for projects (sometimes hundreds of thousands of bits of paperwork for one project!). Using our construction intelligence solutions, businesses can go digital, which benefits everyone from the construction companies to the wider public.
Our mission is to deliver digitalisation to make a safer, healthier and more sustainable AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) industry. As the Academy Working Student (m/f/d) you coordinate, administer, and optimise the Thinkproject Academy offering. You ensure compliance with relevant requirements and facilitate a good interface between the Academy and other departments.

What your day will look like

Administrate and maintain the Thinkproject Academy platform (account maintenance, themes, settings, tickets, information, forum, updates etc.)
Overview, planning and coordination of review assignment of internal and external content
Overview and collaboration with Product Marketing for customer facing academy material (brochures, landing page, quote templates etc.)
Reporting internal completion measure according to legal regulations (Collaboration with L&C)
Onboarding and maintaining of Customer and all end users to the Academy platform.
Administrate and maintain audit relevant documentation in and for OneTrust
Visualize and document processes of the Academy platform
Creation and maintenance of the Academy Helpdesk in Zendesk
Support in projects for the further development of the Academy structure

What you need to fulfill the role

You are studying business administration, economics, or a similar subject
You have already had experience working as a working student
You are familiar with MS Office, are business-fluent in German and English
You speak fluent English. German and French language skills are a plus
