Bid Office Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Navigate sales gate phases and participate in all meetings
• First plausibility checks of letter of authorization (LoA) entries relevant for project management (PM), crosschecking LoA entries relevant for project execution with other stakeholders resp. interfaces
• On completion of LoA reviews, coordination and follow-up within PM as well as concerning risk and opportunity management, including mitigation actions of GPM/PMC
• Internal reporting on LoA status and its development within global and regional PM for optimizing and streamlining the internal approval process
• Act as interface between regional and global PM functions as well as towards other relevant stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Operations etc.) supporting exchange and collaboration
• Active support in tenders, coordinating PM processes
• Active assistance and coordination of PM concerning new market entries

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a combination of a training and experience equivalent to a four-year degree
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working with an agile approach
• Structured mindset and time management skills
• Adept performance in an international and multicultural environment
• Team player attitude with good conflict preventing and resolution abilities
