What you'll do

You will support the team through content creation (Newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, or similar, mock-ups for upcoming capabilities, briefs for executives). You will have the opportunity to work in areas such as business transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

• Design and redesign/modernization of current assets (e.g. presentations and other documents)
• Create promotional content
• Internal newsletters and communication (e.g. blogs)
• Synthetize complex ideas in a concept, which can be understood by non-technical people and time short business executives
• Active support/independent processing of (sub-)project tasks
• Quality assurance and testing procedures
• Presentation of results, SAP knowledge transfer and communication

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university (minimum 1 year of study left)
• Preferred fields of study: Design, international business, but with a strong interest for IT
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) and similar, no expertise in IT required, but a strong interest is necessary
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Creative, outgoing personality, solution-oriented approach to problem solving, ability to work independently, flexibility, proactively and in an interdisciplinary team on multiple tasks

Meet your team

The Process Analytics & Suite Accelerator unit is a team of SAP application, process and technical experts, which develops data extractors and pre-built data analysis for the SAP Signavio Suite.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
