Your responsibilities
- You will get an insight to the Biomass Sourcing and Trading Team, a dynamic international environment
- Planning of travels, events, team meetings, interviews and other appointments
- Handling of digital paperwork including travel expenses and invoices
- Support in business analytics and preparing presenations on selected topics
- Office management i.e. room bookings and other ad-hoc admin support to senior business leaders
Your profile
- Motivated individual with an interest in administrative tasks in a commercial English-speaking business environment
- Must be immatriculated at University for another +6 months
- Well organized and structured working style, ideally some previous experience
- Experience with SAP would be advantageous
- Knowledge of MS Office such as Outlook and Powerpoint
- Fluency in English, German would be a plus
