3-5 years’ experience in human resources, education, training and development, instructional design or any equivalent roles;

Proven experience in managing educational processes;

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, including ability to discuss application and outcomes in addition to theory and trends;

Familiarity with an array of multimedia training tools;

Strong executive presence, showing empathy and ability to influence;

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality;

Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;

Always operates with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business always;

Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;

Bachelor’s degree (at least 4 yrs.) in human resources, education, training and development, instructional design or any equivalent degree/experiences;

Ability to communicate written and verbally in German/English; Japanese is preferred but not required.
