As a market leader for health supplements in Germany, we have ambitious plans to bring our great products to even more customers and expand our offering to many new countries in the EU and beyond. You – as our Project Manager International Expansion – will play a key role in building a well oiled expansion machine that launches a new country every month and scales markets successfully.

• Your mission is to get everything in place to launch and run our business in new markets
• You coordinate all departments to ensure they provide what is needed to successfully launch, run and scale our business internationally – especially in Product Development, Shop Management, Operations, Customers Service, Content, Production Planning and IT
• You go into depth and define the required adjustments and track the implementation in our main systems, like ERP, Demand Planning, PIM, DWH and Tableau, among others
• You set up the project management systems and processes to ensure everyone is fully aligned and delivering their part to complete the project on time
• You utilise project management tools like Monday to proactively manage all stakeholders and every detail of the process – always with a view on the critical path
• You are able to identify bottlenecks, understand the nature of problems and work out solutions
• You document each detail and refine our playbook to ensure we are getting faster and better with each country launch

• You have minimum 4 years experience in managing complex projects with a focus on processes and IT systems
• You have proven that you take full ownership and drive every part of a project
• You are a master in structuring other people’s work and follow up
• On the one hand, you have the soft skills to connect with people and hold them accountable, and on the other hand, you possess strong analytical skills and the ability to understand market dynamics
• You are assertive, intrinsically motivated and have a strong will to push through roadblocks
• You are goal oriented and bring a can-do-attitude
• You are fluent in English & German
