Sie sind Ansprechpartner für operative Fragen im Bewerbungsprozess, erstellen Stellenanzeigen und pflegen Kandidaten- sowie Personaldaten in Personio. Die Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von HR-Prozessen und der Entwicklung der HR-Strategie runden Ihr Aufgabenfeld ab.

Your tasks:
Collaborating in the design and optimization of the recruiting process – from job posting to successful hiring
Acting as the point of contact for all operational questions related to the application process
Creating and publishing job advertisements across various platforms
Managing and maintaining candidate data and personnel-related information in Personio
Supporting the continuous improvement of HR processes
Contributing to the development of the HR strategy and generating ideas for the enhancement of HR processes
Collaborating with international subsidiaries to harmonize HR processes and support the global recruiting strategy

Your profile:
Completed commercial training or studies in a relevant field
Professional experience in recruiting and contributing to the development of application processes
Ideally, you are familiar with HR systems like Personio or comparable tools
Openness, patience, and curiosity when engaging with people
Independent and structured way of working, with a focus on efficient process design
Innovation-driven with the willingness to bring in new ideas and contribute to shaping the HR strategy
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English and good EDV skills
