Your main tasks

• Administration - such as entering training records, creating items, assigning courses and maintaining curricula - and further development of the Learning Management System (LMS) at the Eschweiler plant
• Support in concept development and administration of a holistic training concept (in the LMS)
• LMS reporting and support as well as ensuring cooperation with LMS interfaces
• Support and advice for Eschweiler employees and managers in the use of the LMS
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks in the operations area
• Supporting the communications program at the plant and managing the editorial team for the company newspaper (also using digital media if necessary)
• Support of plant-related events (such as West without Borders, Food Drive, or similar)
• Organization of the Kaizen process including administration of proposals, coordination of the committee, reporting and trainings
• General support of the Lean department

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training
• First professional experience in a comparable position
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office, a Six Sigma Yellow Belt is desirable
• Experience with a Learning Management System is advantageous
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a structured, reliable and service-oriented work style
• Very good organizational and planning skills
