The job
The Intergovernmental Platform for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) and the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) synthesise the available scientific and non-scientific knowledge to inform decision-making processes on biodiversity loss and climate change as key challenges for human societies. Our project, RESPIN, will support the integrated provision and use of IPBES and IPCC processes and outputs. It will identify gaps in the knowledge provision and develop ideas for how to address them and improve engagement of diverse knowledge holders with a particular support for underrepresented regions in Central Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America.
This position will support the project, starting ideally on September 1, 2024.
