Role Summary:

As a Project Engineer, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products, technologies and customer-specific solutions. You’ll also coordinate the daily local order fulfillment activities on assigned projects. Additional responsibilities include quotation support, routine engineering analysis, detailed layout/mechanical design and operations support.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Order-related design of seal gas boosters and compressor-seals
• Creation and control of order-related documents (e.g. operating instructions, inspection tasks, data sheets)
• A cross-departmental assignment with a focus on applied engineering-technical work
• Active cooperation with international departments to develop and optimize new and existing products
• Support in the support of our international customers at the site or on site if required
• Participation in additional qualification measures (product training, project management, lean training, software training such as ANSYS (FEA), CAD or other calculation and design tools)

Your qualification and experience profile:

• Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar.
• Knowledge in the field of fluid machinery, construction and electrical engineering, explosion protection is an advantage
• Hands-on mentality when solving technical problems
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor), CAE (ANSYS)
• High level of commitment and flexibility, as well as good communication skills and enthusiasm for customer-oriented actions
