Your responsibilities
- Supporting the Director Operations Energy Storage with content-related tasks such as the preparation of analyses, presentations, intranet posts, manuscripts and speeches as well as the coordination and preparation of ongoing performance reports
- Assisting in the performance of legally required tasks of the Managing Director, Uniper Energy Storage GmbH such as notary meetings
- Scheduling, organizing, and documenting internal and external business meetings, as well as phone and video conferences, including preparation for and follow-up on team meetings and events, and following up on established actions
- Calendar management for the Director Operations Steam & Biomass Fleet as well as the Head of Performance Management Steam & Biomass Fleet
- Communication management in English and German, esp. processing of incoming and outgoing emails, letters and phone calls
- International travel management, incl. planning and execution of bookings and travel expense reports
- Administrative tasks and office management, incl. the execution of ordering and accounting processes (office equipment, work clothes, IT equipment, service providers, etc.)
- Induction of new and support of departing employees
- Close cooperation with other personal and team assistants, incl. mutual representation
Your profile
- Ability to work independently with a high level of solution orientation, stress resilience, flexibility, loyalty, empathy and integrity
- Strong project management and organizational skills, combined with a high level of customer focus, professionalism, quality standards and situational pragmatism
- Completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree (or comparable experience as a personal assistant), further specialized training an advantage
- Solid financial and business skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Planning and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage resources, including operational management of external service providers
- Fluency in English and German
