Your Impact as Event Project Manager Healthcare
In this dedicated role, you will work 100% for one of our key pharmaceutical clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple large-scale projects from initial briefing to successful delivery, including logistics and content management.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure adherence to operational standards and client-specific tools.
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients and managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Acting as a strategic advisor to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitoring timelines and budgets to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Operating confidently in high-pressure situations while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
What You Bring to the Team
- At least 5 years of event project management experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare agency.
- In-depth knowledge of German and international healthcare regulations.
- Proven experience in budget creation, management, and consolidation.
- High level of resilience and comfort in environments with complex processes and strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in delegate management tools, specifically Cvent.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
