Your Impact as Event Project Manager Healthcare

In this dedicated role, you will work 100% for one of our key pharmaceutical clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple large-scale projects from initial briefing to successful delivery, including logistics and content management.
• Coordinating with various teams to ensure adherence to operational standards and client-specific tools.
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients and managing internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitoring timelines and budgets to guarantee on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Operating confidently in high-pressure situations while maintaining full regulatory compliance.

What You Bring to the Team

• At least 5 years of event project management experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare agency.
• In-depth knowledge of German and international healthcare regulations.
• Proven experience in budget creation, management, and consolidation.
• High level of resilience and comfort in environments with complex processes and strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in delegate management tools, specifically Cvent.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
