About the Role

How you will contribute

A wide range of assistance tasks, such as preparing presentations in German and English, assisting with projects, preparing documents and decision templates, compiling statistics and evaluations, documenting and archiving business documents
Organizing and coordinating meetings and visits to the site, including receiving visitors
Preparation and follow-up of appointments
Active participation in operational tasks and projects
Independent handling of correspondence incl. organization of filing and resubmissions
Organization and ordering of office supplies, consumables, etc.
Processing incoming and outgoing mail as well as supervising the telephone switchboard
Managing the cash register incl. disbursements and monthly accounting
Creation of accounts payable, creation of SAP booking numbers incl. EAR creation

Your Key Qualifications

Successfully completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the assistance area, alternatively a completed commercial degree with relevant practical experience
German fluently and very good English skills in spoken & written language
Confident handling of MS Office applications (Office 365)
You are a team player, responsible, strong communicator, customer-oriented, reliable and stress resistant
You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, organized and pro-active work with high self-demands
